I knew early on that my passion was to help people. Through teaching yoga for over 16 years, my dedication to the care of others has transformed from yoga into a holistic business focused on self-care as a lifestyle. I now include life coaching, meditation and breathwork, fascia release (massage), and strengthening and stress release as part of my repertoire of tools and teaching. I continue to help people connect their vibrant selves through customized individual wellness programs, group classes and workshops, corporate classes, and virtual classes.
