After enjoying in person classes for several years with Sarah, I moved to a new state after retiring from teaching. That move included two separate moves within 2 months. Having the ability to do the virtual classes with her On Demand, kept me sane and practicing during that time. Since then, I have not really had a definite schedule, and I love how I can pick out one of her classes and do it any time that fits into my week. Sarah’s directions on these virtual classes are very straightforward and her sense of humor comes through loud and clear. Sometimes I find myself chuckling out loud. I miss my yoga community of teachers and being together weekly with them, but having the consistency of virtual Sarah in my life has made all the difference. I am so appreciative of her talents and ability to communicate clearly the goals for the class and lead me through the moves to achieve that goal. I can tell you that I definitely practice more now, with the On Demand classes, than I ever did before. Increased flexibility is the key with On Demand!
