Virtual yoga has been a lifesaver! I fell out of practice because with my busy schedule I had a hard time getting to the studio. Thanks to the pandemic (that’s a phrase you don’t hear very often, ha!) Sarah provided a safe way to give me a much needed outlet to help me cope and de-stress during this difficult time. I look forward to Monday nights and hope she keeps offering these virtual sessions even when it’s safe to go back into the yoga studio. She offers a loving, non-threatening environment where yogis of all levels can benefit from her instruction. Sarah is the best!
