I first took a Forest yoga class with Sarah at Prana Yoga Center. I was hooked immediately. Sarah is excellent at adjusting poses to benefit each person’s body. She is also very good with the mental/spiritual side.Getting people out of their heads, changing habits and learning to not push your body but to embrace what it can do. I have also enjoyed her rolling classes. She is really good at releasing the areas that are tense and tight. Gives good cues and you are able to walk away with tips/tricks to do at home.

I have moved away from the Chicago area and have really been blessed to practice virtual yoga with Sarah. Even on the computer she can make adjustments, so your pose is beneficial and not painful!
