I am extremely grateful for the classes and support you offer. The virtual yoga helps me stay focused. The rolling classes have been extremely helpful to help me release the tenseness from general life stress. But the thing I am most appreciative of is your approachability and support. At the end of each class you say if we need something to email or text. And when I was in a spot I took you up on that offer and you replied with suggestions that I was able to use to help me through a rough spot.
